In this step, you choose which Dataverse entities (tables) to include in your audit log offload.

What you see:

A comprehensive list of all entities in your selected environment, including Display Name, Schema Name, Metadata ID, Type (Virtual or Standard), Action status, and Audit Enable toggle.

How to configure:

1. Review the list of available entities
2. Click Enable Audit next to each entity you want to track
3. Entities already being audited in Dataverse will show as "Enabled"
4. Use the Search entities box (top right) to quickly find specific entities
5. Click Next when you have selected all desired entities

Tip: Start with your most critical business entities such as Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, and Case. You can always add more entities later.
