Sync Latency and Performance Monitoring
Monitoring sync latency and performance on the EaseLog dashboard.
The Sync Latency widget monitors the time delay between when changes occur in Dataverse and when they appear in EaseLog.
What you see:
- Current Latency — A real-time indicator showing the current sync delay on a color-coded scale from green (excellent) through yellow (moderate) to red (poor)
- Latency Trend — A historical chart showing latency over time (1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 1 hr, 24 hr)
- Status — An overall assessment (e.g., "Status: Excellent — Average sync performance")
- Min Latency — The fastest sync time recorded
- Max Latency — The slowest sync time recorded
A healthy environment should show latency consistently in the green zone. If latency moves into yellow or red, consider adjusting your sync frequency or checking your Dataverse environment for performance issues.
