Step 3: Viewing and Configuring Fields
How to review and configure field-level auditing for selected entities.

This step lets you review the individual fields (attributes) within each selected entity and configure field-level auditing.

What you see:

For each selected entity, you can expand it to view all its attributes: Display Name, Schema Name, Data Type (String, Boolean, DateTime, UniqueIdentifier, etc.), Status, and Audit Enable toggle.

How to configure:

  1. Click the expand arrow next to an entity to see its fields
  2. Review the list of entity attributes
  3. Enable or disable auditing for specific fields using the Enable Audit toggle
  4. Use the Search fields box to find specific attributes
  5. Click Next to proceed

Note: Fields with the UniqueIdentifier data type are typically system fields and are shown with a distinct badge. You can choose to include or exclude them based on your compliance requirements.
