Viewing and Managing Tracked Users
How to view and manage tracked users in EaseLog.

The Users section allows you to view all users whose activities are being tracked by EaseLog.

User information available:

  • User name and profile avatar
  • Username/login
  • Contact information (phone, email)
  • Business unit assignment
  • Activity metrics and operation counts

User types:

  • Normal Users — Regular business users interacting with Dynamics 365
  • System / App Users — Automated accounts, service principals, and integration users

You can search for specific users, view their activity history, and manage which users are included in audit tracking.
