Using the Detailed Audit Record View
How to use the Detailed Audit Record View for individual record browsing.

The Detailed View shows individual audit records in a comprehensive table format.

Columns displayed:

  • Changed Date — The exact date and time the change occurred
  • Event — The type of event (e.g., Update, Create, Delete)
  • Changed By — The user or system account that made the change, displayed with a color-coded avatar
  • Record — The specific record that was affected (e.g., a company name, contact name, or ticket number)
  • Entity — The Dataverse entity (e.g., Employee Registration, Employee Profile)
  • Operation — The operation performed

Navigation:

  • Records are paginated, with total record count shown at the bottom
  • You can scroll through pages of results
  • Each row represents a single audit event
