EaseLog has four main areas. This article is the map.

The left navigation

Area For Dashboard Analytics. Six tabs covering health, cost, operations, users, entities and security. Environments Your connected Dynamics 365 environments, and the way in to the audit data. Users & Roles Who can sign in to EaseLog, and what they can do. Rules & Alerts Coming soon.

Below them, Recently Viewed lists the environments you have opened lately with their record counts, so you can return to one from anywhere.

The control at the top of the navigation collapses it, which gives the grids more room.

Two ways in to your audit data

This is the thing worth learning first, because both start from Environments.

To Select Read the audit records themselves The Logs button on an environment card. Check whether the sync is healthy The queue control on the same card.

The top bar

Control Does Get Started Onboarding. The feedback icon Sends feedback. The account icon Plan details, Activity History, theme, About and Log out.

Below the top bar

Refresh all updates every card on the current Dashboard tab. Search is on the right.

Two pairs of names that are easy to confuse

Worth knowing early, because each pair sounds like one thing and is two.

The Dashboard Users tab Your Dynamics 365 users, from the audit data. The Users & Roles page The people who can sign in to EaseLog. The Log View What happened in Dynamics 365. Activity History What happened in EaseLog.

One environment at a time

The Dashboard reports on the environment named in the Environment picker at the top right. If a figure looks wrong, check the picker first. See Switching Environments and Refreshing Cards.
