Two controls apply to every Dashboard tab. Knowing them saves confusion about what you are actually looking at.

The Dashboard shows one environment at a time

Every figure on every tab describes the environment named in the Environment picker at the top right of the page.

Select the picker to change it. It lists each connected environment, plus All Environments to see them combined.

The tab you are on stays the same when you switch, so you can compare the same view across two environments quickly.

This is the first thing to check when a number looks wrong. More often than not the figure is correct and the picker is on a different environment than you assumed.

The tabs are links you can share

Each tab has its own address, so you can send a colleague a link that opens on the right tab rather than telling them where to click.

Refreshing

Cards do not update continuously. Each one carries a Last updated time so you can see how current it is.

To refresh:

• One card. Select the refresh control in that card's top right corner.
• Every card on the tab. Select Refresh all at the top of the page.

Use Refresh all after you have made a change and want to see its effect, for example after retrying failed chunks.

Changing the period on a chart

Some charts carry their own period selector, set to Weekly by default. It affects only that chart, not the tab.

Note

Refreshing redraws from the audit data EaseLog already holds. It does not pull new data from Dynamics 365. That happens on the environment's own schedule. See Changing the Sync Schedule.
