  1. Open EaseLog in your browser.
  2. Select Sign in with Microsoft.
  3. Authenticate with your Microsoft work account.

Where you land

After signing in you arrive on the Dashboard, on the Overview tab.

If your organisation has nothing connected yet, the figures stay empty until an environment is connected and its first sync runs. See the Connecting an Environment category.

What you can see depends on two things

Decides Your role What you can do. Your assigned environments Which environments you can see.

If a colleague can see an environment you cannot, the difference is usually the environment assignment rather than the role. See Giving a User Access to Environments.

Getting access in the first place

Your account is created by an EaseLog administrator, who sets your role and your environments when they invite you. If you cannot sign in at all, that is the person to ask. See Inviting a User.

Passwords and resets

Because sign in goes through your Microsoft account, there is no EaseLog password. If you cannot authenticate, the problem and the fix live with your Microsoft account, which your IT team manages.

When your session expires

After a period of inactivity EaseLog returns you to the sign in screen. Nothing is lost. Select Sign in with Microsoft and carry on.

Signing out

Select the account icon at the top right, then Log out.

Note

Sign ins are recorded. Each one appears in Activity History with the Auth category, which is useful when you need to confirm who has been using EaseLog. See Activity History.
