Your plan sets how many environments you can connect and how much audit data you can store. Both are visible from the account menu.

Open Plan Details

Select the account icon at the top right of any page.

What it shows

Row Meaning Active Plan The plan you are on. Users How many EaseLog users you have, against your limit. Environments How many environments are connected, against your limit. Storage How much audit data you are holding, against your allocation. Expiration When the plan ends, or Never.

Storage is the one to watch

Users and Environments are limits you notice immediately, because you cannot add another. Storage is different: it fills up gradually while nothing appears to be wrong, and then stops the sync.

An environment that runs out of storage goes into the Storage full state and stops collecting until you make room. See Environment States: What Each One Means.

Running out of environments

The count next to the Environments heading on the Environments page shows the same limit, for example 4 available.

If you need another environment and the limit is reached, you can either remove one or raise the plan. Removing an environment removes its offloaded audit data, so treat that as the more expensive option. See Removing an Environment.

Manage Subscription

Manage Subscription in the account menu is where plan changes are handled.

The account menu also holds Activity History, the light and dark theme switch, About and Log out.
